Christmas is coming …. And it is a typically busy end of year with operational plans being set for 2007, end of year accounts being closed off and of course demand for new staff on the horizon.



 

When trying to attract new employees to join you, it is worth spending some time to accurately portray the job nature, the benefits of working for your company describing what it is really like to work in your company. Our recruitment consultants need this picture in order to “sell” your job opening to potential candidates. Tell it “like it is”, do not promise what is not on offer. But DO mention potential training opportunities, realistic aspirations of business trips, achievable opportunities for advancement. Remember also that this can be a positive advertisement for your Company, amongst those candidates who are not appointed. Your brand as an employer is every bit as important as your brand image to customers. Companies who are known as "Good to work for", seldom have difficulty attracting quality staff.
