  • Update our understanding of the business challenges and cultural context of the client's company
  • Define with the client the position's scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships and at the same time those critical success factors that are required from the ideal candidate
  • Draft and subsequently review with the client the ideal road to success, including identification of best practice companies in the sector, benefits of advertising, presentation position profile, agreement on degree of confidentiality during the search


Identify and Assess Candidates
  • Scan the market using our database and network of contacts
  • Contact candidates, including internal ones as appropriate
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Prepare reports per candidate and review short listed candidates with client
Client-Candidate Interviews and Selection
  • Arrange interviews of retained candidates
  • Stay in close contact with client and candidates and get feedback from both
  • Perform reference checking and prepare detailed reports
  • Assist in contract negotiation as needed
Follow Up
  • Facilitate transition for new executive/specialist
  • Stay in contact with client and obtain feedback at 3 months intervals
